Now In: Sculpture → Hayes, H.

Hughie has been drawing and painting since he was very young. He has been sculpting for ten years and made it full-time about four years ago.

 

He has very little formal schooling in art, but has used his God-given talent to win awards from Honorable Mention to Best of Show in various art competitions around the state.

 

Hughie is a member of the Texas Society of Sculptors. He has attended several workshops at the Cowboy Artist of America in Kerrville under the direction of Grant Speed, Mel Lawson, Pat Haptonstall and Herb Migney.
